Note:
- You must have a capital in order to buy anything else
- There is no limit to the amount of each building you can buy, except for capitals and colonies
- You may only buy one capital
- You may only buy two colonies maximum
- You must wait for 2 weeks for your men to conquer the island and set up a colony. WARNING: Not all colony application are successful. Some will fail and you will have wasted 6000.
- All colonies must be placed outside of Trantor
